I was visiting again and knew I had to get this yummy amazing food again. We visited a different location and the service was not the same. Employees arguing and storming out/ slamming doors. Very happy to say we came back to your location before I made my travel back home. I was the crazy? fun? customer that joined you in singing, Hopelessly devoted to you. You all made me love you even more! Next year when I visit, yes my trip is already planned, I will be stopping back.
- BBBesa BajraktariNov 8, 20251.0I can honestly say I’ve never eaten somewhere that the employees(especially the women for some reason) seem so brutally unhappy or crude. Firstly, it’s not cheap food and they try to skimp on everything. If you get extra meat, forget it, they try to throw like 2 cubes of chicken in there and if you dare say that isn’t right given what we pay….well they’ll just stare at you uncomfortably. If you get the manager, they’ll say they’re not supposed to do that and we should “say something.” Well manager your employees make my skin crawl and I shouldn’t have to teach them how to tap a spoon and serve a proper amount of food. Not sure if it’s in the water there but the employees ooze a really weird energy and I can’t imagine eating from people serving like this is good for us either. Management seriously needs to do better at hiring and teaching their employees to not only serve PROPER portions, but learn some actual customer service skills. How they get away with their nonsense attitudes is beyond me. There are more and more healthy options popping up so if they want to stay up top, I think customer service reeducation will be a must.
