- BJBrittni Jackson1 day ago5.0Bryce, the manager was top tier! I had a small issue with take out and he took complete control and made it amazing. The take away team was also helpful after Bryce addressed the issue. Expience was a 10 out of 10 and all thanks to Bryce. Will definitely be back.
- RBrachael brinsonMar 13, 20265.0Leslie is the best serve/ bartender I have had at this location! Went above and beyond and made the experience 10/10 Unfortunately she had to deal with two guest at the bar who were rude and drunk. Hope she never has to deal with them again.

- PPPaigeFeb 28, 20264.0I mean it was okay it took about 15 minutes to get a glass of water and 20 minutes to get a glass of wine they're obviously understaffed but it was okay. With my food finally did come out it was good it was nice and tasty I got the shrimp and beef pasta it was nice.
- SWSally WoodwardFeb 25, 20265.0We ordered 2 dinners and one w/extra shrimp for my husband. When I got home we realized we were missing the shrimp. I called store and spoke w/mgr. David. He said he felt really bad I had to come back and offered several options for credit or replacement. I decided to go back because we are close. David not only replaced shrimp, he added 4 extra shrimp plus cheesecake and a bread. Later when I ate my steak, I realized the original extra shrimp were in my order. I called David back and told him because I didn’t want an employee to get in trouble for my mistake and the guy that brought the original order out was so nice and polite. I asked him to charge my account and he said, no, just pay it forward and do something nice for someone else. He already knew because he had spoken with employee and knew it was put in wrong plate. Our food was delicious and I’d say that was exceptional service. Thanks Outback!
