The staff did not greet customers, and it seemed like they were not fully listening to what we were ordering. Basic customer service, such as a friendly greeting and attentive listening, would make a big difference here. With some additional training, this place could offer a much better experience.

The service was not up to the expectations and the barista was unpleasant to say the least. The quality of service was not typical of Kawah, but nonetheless was disappointing to experience. I will avoid this location going forward.
