  I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience needed to be shared. My group and I arrived without a reservation and were told it would be about a 30-minute wait — totally understandable. While waiting, a few seats at the bar opened up, so we decided to sit there to order drinks and maybe even eat at the bar instead. That’s where everything went downhill. The bartender clearly had no interest in doing his job. The bar top was covered in dirty plates, glasses, and trash. Two couples were sitting there already closed out, and two tables behind us were still eating — yet the bartender just paced back and forth behind the bar avoiding eye contact, not cleaning, not checking on anyone, not even acknowledging us with a simple “I’ll be right with you.” After about 10 minutes, he finally walked over, dropped menus, and when we asked if we could order a drink, his response was: “When I have time.” At that point we flagged down the manager, Mike, to let him know what was going on. Unfortunately, speaking to him made the situation make a lot more sense — he was just as uninterested in helping guests as the bartender. He wasn’t assisting the extremely busy hostess up front, wasn’t helping clean or support the bar, and instead chose to blame us for the bartender not doing his job. To top it off, he even made an inappropriate comment about our race. Absolutely unacceptable from anyone, let alone a manager. I’ve already reached out to corporate because this location is clearly suffering from a serious lack of leadership. We left and went to Cheddar’s next door, where we had one of the best dining experiences in Spring Hill — night-and-day difference. Save yourself the frustration and skip this Outback location entirely.

  Food was fresh, portions were good and service was exemplary! Been coming to this location a few times a year for 15 years and every time it seems like it's only getting better. Our server, Taylor, was fantastic and all staff from the hostess to the table runners were awesome. Will be returning again soon .

  Outback is literally my favorite restaurant however today was horrible . Long wait . Food cold from soup to steak . Asked for medium got medium rare . Not a good experience today . Hope they do better next time . Wedge salad was good.

  had the most incredible dining experience at Outback Steakhouse, and it was almost entirely due to our server, Tiffany Y.. I can honestly say she is the best server I have ever had! From the moment she greeted my table, she was friendly, professional, and had a wonderful personality. She was incredibly attentive, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask for anything; my drinks were always full, and she checked in at the perfect moments without being overbearing. Tiffany was very knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations, which truly enhanced our meal. The entire experience was seamless, thanks to her exceptional service and attention to detail. She genuinely made our visit special and memorable. Kudos to Tiffany and the Outback team for providing such outstanding hospitality! We will definitely be back and will specifically be requesting her section."

  Went there for dinner I grabbed my napkin with my silverware wrapped in it and No joke The napkin cloth was covered in freaking hair 🙄 there was a distinct odor that made it very difficult to even try to enjoy what little meal I had My husband's shrimp was so overseason he couldn't even eat it. Honestly I should have gotten up and left as soon as I saw the hair wrapped all around my cloth napkin I will never go back It was a terrible disappointment I and my husband both find that Spring Hill and we've been here for 21 years is going down the tubes we've been to numerous places here in Spring Hill weekly and the food just gets worse and worse along with the service What a shame
