  I made sure I tipped 25% so that I felt I had every right to leave this review. I literally had to go up to the bar on three ocations,to get my own drinks. Not one single time that a manager come to our table to ask how we were doing and I actually don't blame them because they know that they were having a horrible night. The table behind me had six people and they were way more angry than I was. If you happen to be the lazy manager who cares to read this,,, my server's name started with a "c" and ended with an "a". My advice to Future customers is please make sure you sit in the bar area so that you can at least flag somebody down. I've given this place more than one chance and the truth is it is just one of the most poorly managed Outbacks in the state. You can check my reviews and see that I reviewed restaurants all over the world. Please understand that this establishment, totally earned this review.

  Outback Steakhouse has great food and the service is great too. They're prices are reasonable as well and there specials you just can't beat anywhere else. You can even get a $10 meal to take home after you eat a meal as well. They're restaurants are very clean as well. I love the rewards program as well.

  Food and service was great. Unfortunately the Bathroom smelled like a urine soaked truckstop that hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, didn’t appear dirty, but was almost rancid from the smell. Then watched a male employee leave the closed toilet stall and exit the bathroom (with the massive employees must wash hands sign on the door) without any attempt to wash his hands while looking over his shoulder at me through the mirror. First time I’ve ever left a review of a restaurant purely because the bathroom and bathroom employee interaction was disgusting. I mentioned to the bartender my interaction with the employee in the bathroom before leaving and pointed him out so that hopefully something would be done to correct it. But let’s be honest if you’re a grown adult and don’t wash your hands I don’t think you’re all of a sudden going to pick up the practice.

  Been coming here for years, today was by far the best service we have ever had, and the best food. Melinda took care of us she by far was the server we have ever delt with.thank you Melinda for making our dinner experience awesome!

  I ordered Uber eats. It came very late. Very disgusting. Uber eats only wanted to compensate $6 even though I sent pictures of the non-edible food, ice cream is not supposed to be soup and overall food quality was just horrible. I called the store. Spoke with the manager and let them know that I know they couldn’t do much because it was through Uber Eats not directly with them, but I wanted to let them know what quality food their kitchen was putting out. The manager was very kind and went above and beyond making this right they sent me a gift card. Refunded meal and a free appetizer that is absolutely outstanding. I definitely will be bringing my family more often to visit in store but no more Uber eats they are horrible. Thank you Outback.
