  The food is fantastic but I'm at a loss of seeing any Australian theming anymore. What happened to that? No pictures of Australia, no boomerangs or kangaroos or anything. What happened? Great food but feels like a generic steak place at this point.

  I was there on the 7th of January 2026. It was busy , to be expected around 530pm. We waited 20 mins for a table, again fine. We get to our seat in a booth next to the bar area. We waited between 5-10 mins for a server to approach , she took our drink orders then came back and we ordered the 3 course meal specials. She returned and dropped to salad plates and left in a blur...next time around I caught her attention and asked for some flatware "sure, I will be right back" . It was almost 30 mins still no flatware , so my spouse gets up and walks down the bar towards the kitchen entrance and asked again for flatware so we could eat. 5 mins later she came back with an apology, stating they were just make more bundles "wrapped in napkins" I start to eat my Caesar salad it was swimming in a very peppery sauce..uneatable. Next course I had the 6oz sirloin and baked potato , my spouse had the chicken and fries Which took about 20mins to receive. The steak was so touch and full of ligaments with the very large sturdy knife , I was sawing through it with all my might and chewing for every. Keep in mind I would have said something if the server ever came back. So I ate the potato. My spouse took a few bites of chicken and just ate the fries. Server finally comes back and offers a take out box we said no. She asks was it okay and my spouse was firm on how awful his chicken was. She offered to refire but we are heading towards th3 2 hour mark annoyed and frustrated said no. She brought the cheese cake the best part of our experience cause it was a pre-frozen product. I go to pay on the box thing at the table knowing I would probably have to wait another 40 mins to see her again. She removed one meal from the bill. But when it got to tipping section it was so confusing cause it was preset on 20% there were other higher options and also the lowest 18%. I was going to select a different option but could not...so she got 20% for the worst experience I have ever had at an Outback Restaurant. We have eaten at many different locations but I will never return to Sebring location again. I will also pass along my experience to all my snowbird friends. Side note it was so loud and it didn't help when Management was screaming some kind of message for the restaurant to hear. We had to plug our ears...since we both get triggered with loud sharp noises

  Take out was so fast, wasn’t even waiting one minute. It was the best bloomin onion I’ve had from there in a while. Nice and crispy, not soggy. I was pleased with the whole experience.

  No silverware to eat salad. Had to ask for our drinks. Food was not completely done. I realize they were busy, hire more staff! I talked to manager. He said (We are busy).

  Curbside pick up. Easy to order online, food was ready as scheduled. Food is always great. Will be returning soon.. thank you!
