    Stopped for dinner with long time friends. After waiting close to two hours for food ,it arrived barely warm.food quality was poor ar best sent back steak ,aa it's quality was poor tough, grizzly lobster ,didn't seem to be completely done.waiter was pleasant and accommodating. Appetizer was at least an hour in coming. This is NOT the usual service given @ outback, if your desire is to destroy your reputation as a quality restaurant, you have succeeded. If your desire is this, maybe you should consider closing altogether. Place was busy ,but two hours to receive food ,is unacceptable. And food quality wa terrible all four of us left displeased, l left hungry. Had to clear our own table after salads and bread. My guests were very displeased. Said they would NEVER come back.she said her food was cold, and he bussed the table for you, totally unacceptable. Please hire more people. To serve. We listened to your servers sing happy to many guests, if as much effort was put into serving. As singing , might be improvement. Over all it was a disaster of a night, and l left still hungry

    We’ve eaten at Outback Steakhouse more times than I can count, and it continues to be one of our favorite chain restaurants—especially here in Highlands County. The atmosphere is always inviting, the restaurant is spotless, and the staff is consistently exceptional. But this visit deserved an extra special shout-out. Our server, **Isabella** was absolutely phenomenal. She was handling multiple tables at once, yet somehow made us feel like we were her top priority the entire time. She checked on us at least five times—keeping our drinks filled, making sure our food was perfect, and asking if there was anything else she could do to make our experience even better. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuinely sweet personality truly set the bar. And kudos to the kitchen, because the food was incredible. Isabella (my daughter's name as well as a wonderful waitress) ordered the cookie and ice cream dessert, and it looked amazing. I couldn’t fit another bite after my perfectly cooked steak, loaded potato, and fresh salad—every single bite was absolutely delicious. And the best part? It didn’t break the bank! If you’re craving a mouthwatering steak, generous sides, and a dessert that will make your whole day, stop by Outback in Sebring. You won’t regret it—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Isabella as your server! Sharon and Isabella ❤️

    Tonight my family went here for dinner. I wanna start off by saying the food was great and I have nothing to complain about as far as that goes. However, the service was a completely different story. Its a Friday night, so naturally they were quite busy. I'm not impatient so I completely understand waiting a bit when a restaurant is full so we came in with this already in mind. Our server was Daniel and he was frankly awful. He gets to our table pretty quickly when we arrive and takes our drink orders and we put in an appetizer. He doesn't drop off any bread to our table so we have to ask for it when he comes back with our drinks, okay no big deal. The bread he drops off was very clearly never heated up, so we kindly ask him to bring another to the table and it never gets dropped off. I ask him a question about one of the dishes and he replied that would need to ask the kitchen, and about 10 minutes later he comes back to take our order, having forgotten to ask the kitchen my question. I forget it and just order something else. We place our food order and he let's us know it may take a bit for food to come out, which again, totally fine. About 25 minutes go by and we haven't gotten our appetizer, so I ask him if he can check with the kitchen. 15 or so more minutes pass and our entrees come out, but no appetizer. I ask him to take it off the bill because I didnt want it anymore at that point. Daniel seemed more interested in chatting with the table behind ours instead of doing his job. My tea wasn't refilled a single time. We asked for to-go boxes and drinks and he only brought the boxes to the table. He was argumentative and had an excuse for every shortcoming. We asked for a manager and Luis came to the table and was amazing. We asked how long Daniel had been working there, wanting to give him the benefit of the doubt if he was new, but hes been there for 2-3 months and has worked server jobs in the past. We weren't looking for compensation because, again, the food rocked, but Luis came back with our to-go drinks and a $40 giftcard for us to give them another chance. I'm willing to try them again as long as Daniel isn't our server.

    Yesterday I visited the Sebring Outback and had a wonderful experience. My server, Davida, was extremely polite, competent and professional. She assisted me with retrieving a gift card from my cell phone and was friendly while doing so. The food was great and I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch. Haven't tried dinner yet

    An hour and 51 minutes getting our table and food on the table we got bread and soup appetizers but our entrees for an hour and 51 minutes there were a couple of big groups they kept telling us but there was at least 10 open tables that had no one sitting at them when my food got there my shrimp were cold lukewarm but cold my steak warm mashed potatoes for hot somehow my wife and daughter were so frustrated they just got to go boxes and took it home the manager compt 10% off of the bill and yes I gave one star on the service I know the kitchen is in charge of the food but if the food is not coming up you better make sure your people have bread on the table and drinks when you have to flag down a server because the drinks are empty and you're out of bread that's on the server and all she did was complain about not liking to work the night shift that she only wants to work lunch and she's going back to working lunch her excuses were more aggravating than the weight
