I was served poorly the fries looked and tasted like they got fried twice and for a large fry it pisses me off that I payed for this and leave it be. They served me a small fry in a large fry pouch I wanted to go back and also I was short two nuggets.

Sometimes they treat you well when they feel like it; rarely do you say thank you, and they're dying to say, "You're welcome." They almost never have regular ice cream at McDonald's. What really bothers me is that I've been there several times—well, it doesn't happen all the time, but most of the time—and I'm supposed to have breakfast at 1 AM? Since when? Another problem is the payment system. Almost no one carries cash, and you know how awful it is to have to look for payment somewhere else after leaving your house at that hour, only to be told there's no system. They won't reimburse you for gas or give you free food if they don't have a system. They should close McDonald's until they do. Don't be so inconsiderate. Many of us wait in line, or they should put up a big sign outside listing the daily problems so customers don't waste time and gas and leave with a bad impression. Aside from all that, I like the fries, the apple pies, and the soda. After that, McDonald's lost its touch years ago.

Service was soo good. We had to wait a little bit for our food but DREW (he’s new) was soo good and tried to get our food out as fast as possible. I understand the anxiety of a new job and coming from someone who has management experience your doing amazing!!!

My burger patty was a little overcooked the freeze came out called but they gave us hot fresh ones to replace it
