  I dont know who yall had working the 2 drive thru window but she was rude when I asked for a cup carrier. Telling me I should have told her I needed one gave it to me with an attitude. I dont know where yall get these rude people from but as long as she is working at this McDonald's I will not be back. I will drive the extra 20 mins to give my money to another store.

  Big Mac nothing on the top truly disappointing I go here all the time cause the AP one sucks don’t tell me I’ve got to go the the south Sebring to get a decent meal

  The staff at this Mc'D's are HORRIBLE! The managers don't give a damn and are extremely RUDE! They curse in front of the customers and will talk about and curse the customers out behind their backs but within earshot that we can hear. Then you call corporate and they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

  I truly do not make it a big habit of having fast food but when I do and receive great service I believe they should get a shout out so here I go I just want to give a special shout out to Katie at the McDonald’s in North Sebring. As most of you know, I’ve been burning the candle at both ends lately—helping a sick friend (who, thanks to all your prayers, is finally on the mend 🙏) and juggling a million other things. This morning I didn’t have time to make breakfast (even though I know I shouldn’t be eating this right before my gastric bypass 😅), so I swung by McDonald’s and ordered just an Egg McMuffin with cheese. Bella got some pancakes. We got home, ready to sit down and eat before our busy day, and of course—my Egg McMuffin was missing! 😂 Since that’s literally all I ordered, I called McDonald’s. I honestly wasn’t expecting anything back. But Katie completely made my day. Not only did she say she’d make me another Egg McMuffin even though it was already lunch time, she also replaced Bella’s pancakes so they wouldn’t be cold. She didn’t have to do any of that… but she did. 💛 Her kindness truly meant the world to me—especially knowing I won’t be able to enjoy Egg McMuffins anymore after surgery. And when I got the bag, she even wrote me a little note (picture below). Kindness goes such a long way. Thank you, Katie—you were professional, sweet, and absolutely made my day. 🌼 Sharon Spillane
