  Placed order on my app. I was excited because the Pizza Hut I usually go to closed and there isn’t on close to where we live so I was excited to pick it up and take it home to the family. It was supposed to be ready in 15 min so I waited until I was 15 minutes from the restaurant before I actually ordered it. Of course when I got there it wasn’t ready so I waited probably 5 minutes or so. No big deal but frustrating since I could have ordered it earlier but I didn’t want it sitting around waiting for me. When I got home 45 minutes later I was bummed to see the pizza was made wrong. Man. Bummer! Not a difficult job to pay attention to an order but whatever. The employee apologized to the lady in front of me for not being around when she came in. I guess he was in the back and didn’t hear her. He apologized to me for the pizza not being ready and then he apologized when I called and told him it was wrong. He was polite and I believe sincere but it still sucks when you’re excited to get your favorite pizza and when you get home it’s wrong. I should have looked before I left. My fault I guess!

  I've been stewing on if I should leave a review here or not. I was vising the area and went in around a week ago. The person who I imagine was the manager was just plain awful. I don't know how the employees can even stand to work there under her thumb. On the other hand, the pizza I had was surprisingly good and some of the best Pizza Hut I've had in a while; I can tell that the cook actually gave a darn. I would give the place a one star solely based on the manager, but I feel that would discredit whoever reminded me of how much I used to love Pizza Hut.

  Jen is an OUTSTANDING leader. She has such a wonderful heart...she listens..she is patient and kind...she looks at you right in your eyes...and it doesn't matter how many times I call for help...she drops what she is doing..and gives me her undivided attention...I feel she cares about our business..and the food is hot and delicious. She should be promoted to Area Leadership..she is a star on the Company Stage and deserves all the best. Derrick is new...and he has a great and humble heart..he is hard working and is really going to do well...Tim is quiet and very kind...I see Jen going high up on the Corporate Ladder..with Jen leading this team... they will all succeed. God bless Satellite Beach Pizza Hut..giving us their 100 percent in this crisis...God bless them all.🕊️🙏🇮🇹
