Mikey, our food runner, was very kind and attentive with us. We briefly talked when he dropped our food off but he had no problem answering our questions even though it was mildly busy. Also, I've tried smoothies, coffees, wraps, salads, bowls, etc. over multiple visits and I don't understand how it is all bland (I have also eaten outside away from the scent) - especially given the cost, I would expect tasty food. I have stopped ordering meals and drinks there.
