- SWscott walkerDec 26, 20254.0I enjoyed, as always, my experience at pascones. the atmosphere is special with the patterned tile floors, etc. you really get to escape the florida blah at this place. while the fish (over prepared) and the VEAL (corrected from pork) chop (fatty) were not the best, the appetizers are phenomenal, the cheese bread, calamari, and meatballs. *update* since the establishment responded, here are some clarifications. it was veal and it was fatty throughout. the snapper was over breaded and overcooked and the accompanying risotto was bland and overcooked also. I know this for sure because the next day I had risotto again at another fine restaurant (that I also gave 4 stars to) had an excellent risotto: flavor and the proper "bite" to it. the intent of these reviews when the establishment reads them is to accept reasonable feedback and perhaps adjust for the future.
