The presentation looked great and the food quality definitely stood out. Base on her experience, it's a place we'd happily return to.

- MMMJan 2, 20265.0Omg this place is so beautiful and the service is 10/10! We came here with our family in late July, for my husband and I’s engagement dinner & had such an incredible time. The table was covered with rose petals and a heart and confetti, our server really let us enjoy ourselves and keep the drinks flowing especially for my husband and I! I loved the presentation of the black orchid, it was so gorgeous. Every single drink was perfect, and my husband’s drink was always chilled, and his soda was always refreshed without asking! Food was also super tasty, our grandma loved the fresh and warm bread, and my family is a big fan of the deviled eggs. My family loved their lobster & pasta, & steak and I got the sushi, which was pretty good but the rice was a bit firm and the roll fell apart after half way through but was still yummy. I thought the restaurant was beautiful and was pleased with the service as well as thought the bathrooms were very luxe and clean. The overall atmosphere, ambience & architectural design of the restaurant it’s probably one of my favorite parts about this place and I’d highly recommend.
- LMLauren MJan 2, 20262.0Went for New Years Eve dinner at 4:15 (well before the rush) and was horribly disappointed. I'd been once before and had a good experience. But we will not be returning after this visit. Ordered the bread basket and got stale crackers. Service was lacking yet we felt rushed any time we did see our waiter. Ordered a steak cooked medium... initially came out rare. Sent it back to have it returned medium rare. By that time the rest of the party was done eating. We got desserts without silverware so we got to watch the food melt while we waited. Never got refills of drinks/coffee that were requested. Sides came out cold. Desserts were cold on one side and literally burned our mouths on the other side. A woman at the table next to us knocked over their champagne stand sending the contents all over someone at our table and her purse. No one said a word to her and she was offered a "rag" in passing several minutes later to wipe down her belongings. There is only one restroom for men and one for women on the first floor, and every time someone went to the restroom from our table of six they were gone almost 20 minutes from having to wait. When you spend almost $1k on dinner, you shouldn't have these issues. Save your money and go somewhere else... lots of better options with a great atmosphere in the area.

Our waitress, Christine, was incredibly nice and engaging and truly added to the experience. It was a completely different (and much better) experience than my first visit. Highly recommend for a special night out!
