    Yesterday, between 9 PM and 5 AM on January 1st, I was picking up orders for DoorDash at this store and I saw how crowded it was. At one point, it was clear that there were only two girls in the kitchen, a guy at the drive-thru window, and a woman at the front counter, whom I'm here to praise. It seemed like she was working alone, only receiving some support from the team; it looked like she was the one in charge the whole time, and I was very impressed with her efficiency and friendliness despite the extreme crowd. She also had a very good memory because when we arrived to pick up the order, she already had an idea of whether she was preparing that customer's order or not. Anyway, congratulations!!! Give this woman a raise!

    I came through the drive-thru and ended up waiting almost 3 hours in line. The employee only kept saying “Welcome to McDonald’s, please wait a moment,” and then left me waiting without coming back or giving any explanation. The customer service was very poor and the attention was not good at all. I understand they may be busy, but the lack of communication and respect for the customer’s time is unacceptable. I would not return to this location.
