Unfortunately they wouldn’t accept their own $12 “gift card” that they sent out as an incentive to bring in business. The gift card literally says “no strings attached” and says nothing about not being able to use it in conjunction with your own rewards points/coupon. It seems silly to lure in new customers and immediately lose those same customers over $12 but I guess that is how they run their business.
