You could really tell she cared about making the experience a good one. What stood out the most was her professionalism and patience, even when things got a little busy. She stayed calm, organized, and made sure no customer felt ignored. That kind of service is rare these days and truly makes a difference. Thanks again, Makela, for going above and beyond. My recent order, the worker had an attitude and hung up on me. When I asked to speak to the manger she could care less about what her employee did. Every single time we order from here’s it’s a problem. I will never use my money here again! Update** The general manager called and offered to make us pizza for free and said that she’s addressing the concerns of this location. Fast forward to us ordering again thinking we were not going to have any more problems my order was wrong and when I called about it I received an attitude as if we did something to them. If you spend your hard earned money here, it’s taken as a joke. This place is horrible, the workers are horrible and the food is horrible! and probably will always be.
