  I have been to this McDonald’s dozens of times, pay extra for BBQ sauce, and every single time they forget the sauce. It’s ridiculous.

  They always mess up drive through orders. Then forget about you when you pull forward into an extra spot. They screwed up orange juices and one burrito 🤦🏼‍♀️ By far the worst one I’ve been to in years.

  So I have been recently having alot of issues with this store within the almost 17 years of my 20 long years of life within this area ive seen many workers managers and so on come and go, but these people in here during the night and morning shift do NOT know what theyre doing and the managers do nothing to resolve their issues, every time I order online there they either decline my order, have given me half my order, have told the drivers their closed when I can call the store and the phone rings.. The last time I ordered there they messed my order up so bad they had given me absolutely nothing I wanted and only one small desert item I didnt pay for. In the end I lost 23 dollars and had starved that night when going to bed.. I called the morning after trying to get something a comp order or maybe even my money back somehow but I couldnt the best I got was a 10 piece nugget and that was is not anything from the order just one item from it. I was then also told I had to pay for something that i had shown the manager I never received on my order the night before.. so essentially I got scammed outta 26 dollars at this point for barely any service help or compensation for the complete sideways slap I was given for spending my hard earned money at this store..

  If I could put no stars i would ,I doordash in Riverview overnight, I know better than to come to this store but you can only refuse so many orders but I've never came to this store and got the meal I came for ,NEVER...its either there switching to breakfast or just plain tell you there not taking orders. One time manager told me the cook wasnt there...I was a GM for 10 years and I've never heard such BS..24 hr stores dont close, there is no closing to set up breakfast and a deffenitly do close the entire store because a cook didnt show. MCDS has dropped standards lowwww man ..just flushing money away paying a overnight crew to just eat up labor while they turn down customers and then GM and corporate act oblivious to it like they cant see customer count dont exist between these hours..smdh..Taco Bell down the street stays open and there DT stays full all night..do us all a favor ,lock the doors ,turn out the lights and never come back

  Everytime I come to this location, no matter how much in advance I place my order, my order is never ready. They always pull me, even without my drinks. At least have the courtesy to have the drinks ready. This visit I didn’t even get a drink carrier with my order and I had 4 drinks. If it wasn’t close to my house, I wouldn’t stop here
