- TTTony TNov 15, 20251.0Waited at the window over 10 minutes for two coffees ordered off McDonald's app. Coffee was cold and incorrectly made. The coffees were literally sitting at the window the entire time however, incompetent management allows workers to overlook the items and vehicle in front of them. I will not return.

I had to say the order twice because the person taking the order said “I’m sorry I didn’t hear a thing you said” but seemed as if they were all chit chatting inside the place. After paying I was immediately parked. All the drive thru spots were filled with cars already so they started to park people in the curbside spots. It appears they do this to keep their drive thru times down to please corporate but don’t care that the customer service is horrendous. We waited over 13 minutes for a happy meal that came out cold. Fast food isn’t so fast these days it seems and is poor quality.

I called them and spoke to a guy I think is a manager. He asked what I’d like him to do. I had put sauce in the bag next time. I just went. I ordered 6 nuggets, only got a 4 piece, a McDouble, and fries. Honey mustard and buffalo sauce were asked for. Guess what ?!?! No sauce again. I’m done with these people.

If it was only 2 more minutes. I notice all the employees are joking and on their phones and having fun The manager gets upset and Demands that I pull up or he's going to give me a refund. I told him if it was only 2 more minutes. I would just wait there When I got the food, 10 nuggets were cold and 10 were extremely hot. All the other food was already ready. They were just waiting on 10 of the 20 nuggets. So I got 10 ice cold nuggets and 10 extremely hot nuggets. If I'm gonna pull up to the last window and weigh at least make my food fresh. This happened late at night around 3 AM. On Saturday, November 8th. With 2 cars in the drive through, this should not be a problem. And with all the employees standing around texting on their phone I understand why it was
