  Bruh, this McDonald’s is actually terrible. First off, the fries be SALTY like they tryna give somebody high blood pressure. And when you ask for fresh ones, they act like you just asked them to solve world peace or something. The workers stay having an attitude for no reason too like my bad for ordering food at a restaurant?? Dont work with if you can’t be happy with what you’re doing.

  big grown ah lady wanna give me an attitude because i was waiting for 10 minutes in line with no cashier and i “could’ve used the kiosk” but i had a receipt promotion i wanted to use and didn’t know how to use it on the kiosk, disrespectful for absolutely no reason and just assuming i know it all off rip. Never coming back tbh yall can smd

  I have been to this McDonalds before and got great service and fairly good meals. Today “Megan the manager” missed the mark. I picked up and upon eating I reached out to the team and reported I had an issue with my chicken in one of my snack wraps I explain that it was chewed up but I still had it I wanted to possibly come back the next day and get it remade. The strip tasted like it was fully gristle or something other than chicken texture. She proceed to tell me to bring the snack wrap back and they will inspect it and make me a new one. So let me be clear you want me to keep chewed up chicken so you can inspect it tomorrow, girl be for real! Well here you go photo proof! I don’t need that remake either now. Let everyone see the quality and service that coming out of that location. Well done Megan!

  Very surprised that they had boo buckets, my granddaughter was very happy about that. Staff was very kind and friendly. Fries were room temp, but what can you expect. Very long drive thru line, took about 15 minutes which makes me wonder, why is it called “fast food?” Overall it was a pretty good experience after what I have dealt with at this location in the past, and it exceeded my expectations.

  Rather than taking responsibility for an incorrect order, the staff became flustered and defensive, even going so far as to say, “You’re holding up the line.” This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable in a customer service setting. It’s clear that this location suffers from poor training and a lack of leadership. Customer service should focus on resolving issues calmly and courteously, not creating a scene over a simple mistake. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that management and corporate review this store’s operations and provide proper training on professionalism and customer interaction.
