I waited about 30 minutes after placing my order at the counter, hoping someone would come to the register so I could pay—no one showed up, and it was like I was invisible to the staff. When I finally asked for help, the manager came over with a nasty attitude, blamed me for not notifying them—even though I had already told her I’d placed my order! Instead of taking responsibility, she was rude, dismissive, and treated me as if I was the problem rather than a paying customer. Absolutely appalling service, and the manager should not be in charge of any kind of customer-facing business. Don’t waste your time or money at this location—the staff is unprofessional, and the manager is horribly disrespectful and clueless about customer service. Avoid at all costs!
