- EEEd2 days ago1.0Had one of the worst fast food experiences ever at this McDonald’s. I waited about 30 minutes after placing my order at the counter, hoping someone would come to the register so I could pay—no one showed up, and it was like I was invisible to the staff. When I finally asked for help, the manager came over with a nasty attitude, blamed me for not notifying them—even though I had already told her I’d placed my order! Instead of taking responsibility, she was rude, dismissive, and treated me as if I was the problem rather than a paying customer. Absolutely appalling service, and the manager should not be in charge of any kind of customer-facing business. Don’t waste your time or money at this location—the staff is unprofessional, and the manager is horribly disrespectful and clueless about customer service. Avoid at all costs!

- RGRob GroomsOct 21, 20251.0I would really like to know why I sat at drive thru #2 for 30 minutes for a McDouble and Big Mac and a happy then when I get to finally eat I find hair so big in my fries that I literally pulled a fry out of my mouth by the hair then I tried to call to complain and it just rang for 5 minutes what is so hard about making peoples food properly!! To top it off when I went inside to complain the girl who was bringing food to car told my wife after offering the wrong order 4 time maybe you should just go inside!! Keep in mind I’m dealing with this after a 14 hour shift I’m absolutely livid corporate will be getting the worst call tomorrow they have ever had.
