It is so nice to find authentic Detroit-style pizza down here in Michigan's lower peninsula. ;) It is a little more expensive than your average chain pizza, but well worth it. The crust was the perfect balance of crispy and fluffy, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. And that sauce? Chef's kiss 🤌. This was my first experience with Pulcinella, but they’ve definitely made a new loyal customer out of me. I can't wait to explore the rest of the menu!
