Worst day I was here, there were at least 9 cars parked randomly waiting for one poor little lady to dodge traffic bringing their food. I ended up leaving after about 30 mins without my food to go to Chick-fil-A 8 miles away. 9 mins and never had to park.

It's been 20 minutes since I ordered and still have yet to get my food. It's called fast food. I get my food faster at a sit down restaurant. This is absolutely unacceptable. Finally got out of my car and the guy in a flannel onesie slow walking out. Gets to my car and the fries were cold. How you gonna have people wait that long and then give them cold fries? Worst service I've ever gotten and whoever is the manager there should be ashamed.
- DKDoug KDec 5, 20251.0Holy God, sat in curbside for 30 minutes, never got food, went inside was full of unhappy people waiting for food, after 10 minutes manager finally came and said we can't find that order number, what did you want, I said at this point just some food, came back, wrong burger and no drink, asked what drink I had, walked off doing 15 other things never brought drink, after waking another 5 minutes just took my fries left the wrong burger and LEFT, 13.99 for fries, there were plenty of staff their, just completely incompetent, AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!
