  The service was fine just frustrating that we had to wait 45 minutes for our food. The price is absurd for the quality of the food. I felt my food was a bit on the greasy side and didn’t feel too great when finished. They should do way better with customer service and wait time. Would not recommend and we will not be coming back.

  We ordered the Ropa Vieja and the Wood Fired Ribeye Steak Quesadilla. The flavors in both meals were great!!! My only complaint with the Ropa Vieja was that it was a little dry; I like mine with a sauce and there was no sauce, not much pepper and onion and zero olives. However, the flavor of the meat was good. The Ribeye steak had an absolutely amazing flavor that I will crave until my next one. My only complaint is that it was very greasy. Maybe that made it more flavorful 🤔. I’d still order it again in a heart beat The flavor was soooooo yummy 😋

  We normally love Cafe 772. Yesterday was not so great we spent over $80.00 and the food was not the best nor the experience.the restaurant wasnt super busy inside and was early afternoon on A Saturday. First we ordered a chickin and rice bowl for my youngest off the kids menu, we were later informed that they had no chicken so we needed to change her order. Second I ordered a Cajun shrimp bowl, 10 minutes later we were informed that they didnt have shrimp. Had to change my order. We couldnt even order chips in salsa for an appetizer because the Chef needed extra time to make chips , they were also out. Our server was very apologetic but i dont think we are coming back. With other options in the area we might need to find a new go to spot.

  I would say the food is Ok, i believe the psl blvd location probably is better. But the food tasted good, the service was not great. The ladies in the front did not know how treat customers and granted maybe they just haven’t been trained well, which seems to be the case here. It’s not their fault but management. They handed me a drink while i was sitting at my table and nearly dropped it because they had me reach my hand all the way instead of them simply bringing it to my table. I don’t understand, if this is a take out restaurant then emphasize that but it seems like a sit down restaurant but it’s not

  I had heard many great things about this place, so I decided to give it a try—but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. When I arrived, the restaurant wasn’t busy, yet the server at the counter was occupied on the computer and didn’t acknowledge me until I asked for a menu. After sitting down, I ordered a fountain soda. My friend arrived shortly after, and we waited another five minutes before the server returned to take her drink order. There were only a few other guests—a table of four and a couple with a child who were never acknowledged and eventually left after waiting ten minutes. When our food arrived, the beans tasted canned, and the chicken was completely bland. The overall quality was very poor. To make matters worse, I was charged for a refill on my fountain soda, despite the restaurant being nearly empty the entire time. The service, food, and atmosphere were all extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning, and based on what I experienced, I can understand why others might choose not to either.
