  i always to go this location for fast food. food is always great! i dont go in person enough to know any of the staff (i usually order online) but the few times i have been in its seemed like the staff are running it very well, and theyre clearly very good at handling it because my food is never late even when i order during rush hours. i just hope all of them feel appreciated for what they do because i cant imagine how exhausting itd be to work at a place with so many things to remember! i wholly recommend

  Apparently this promotion expired a month ago per the drive through attendant. I thought I misread it on my first pass, so i drove through twice. Must be difficult to update the digital screen. Very rude employee.

  Came here after a show for dinner for my dad's birthday, the lobby is trashed no clean tables. We ordered 3 large big Mac meals the soda machine is down no straws. When we got our order first thing we go for are the fries and they are literally ice cold, we asked for FRESH FRIES the employee took our fries to the back and guess what she refried the fries to make them hot, the fries were so hard we couldn't eat them. I would recommend not coming to this McDonald's and go elsewhere. Especially if they aren't following standard health code and cross contaminating their oil... Who knows what else

  I was up their with my cousin and my friend and this girl gave me a stank look and called me a big back that’s calling me fat then I wanted to buy a drink and I went up to the cash register because I had cash and one of the girls looked at me and said what do you need I said I want to buy a drink and she looked away and then she looks again and said do you need help I said yea I want to buy a drink another girl said tell her she can wait then one girl said something and the other girl said tell her she can go somewhere else and they kept give me dirty looks and then they kept talking and then the one girl finally walked over and said what do you need I said a medium drink she said ok and I said tell your employees to stop talking about me and she looked away and laugh. They said my name because I go to school with them and one girls name is Jaylynn and idk the other girl but she knew me.

  Absolutely the worst experience I've had at any restaurant. I even used the mcdonalds app to order. Arrived about 15 minutes after the order was placed. Staff couldn't find my order, even though the app said it was done. Waited in lobby for 30 minutes (with other irritated customers waiting), tried to cancel the order but it wouldn't let me, and was finally given cold food. Tried to reach out over the app for a refund, said the store had to refund. I have ZERO interest in ever returning to that store, or any mcdonslds after their response. 0/10 EDIT: the pathetic AI bot response to my review shows no ones actually reading these reviews, considering I already stated I had contacted exactly who they said to contact. Absolute joke
