The black beans were awful, the palomilla was just as bad, even the churrasco was tasteless, nothing had any flavor. The entire order went directly to the trash. We basically wasted $100. Definitely never ordering from here again.

Unfortunately this dish was very salty and was missing the raisins which compliment the briny olives. My husband enjoyed his ropa vieja though and we thought the flan was quite good. The service was excellent but the restaurant itself was very noisy. We were there on a Tuesday evening.

The woman working the front—who seemed to be the manager—was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I showed her the timestamp of my order, and she still acted like she had no idea who I was or what I was talking about. Instead of simply handing me the bag that was literally right in front of her, she told me it “should be ready shortly,” walked to the back for all of two seconds, and came right back out with the exact same bag. If they had just admitted the mistake, it would’ve been fine. But the attitude, the disrespect, and the total lack of accountability made this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning.

The waitress, Noheli G, had a disgruntled expression and was inattentive. She asked how many glasses we needed and brought extra ones, which was quite inconvenient. She didn't bother apologizing and simply vaguely explained that this was how it was supposed to be. It was a bad experience, even though the other waiters here are fantastic.
