The French Fries was cold & soft. Further, the QPC was slightly warm. Sometimes a batch of fries might not be its freshest but at least it might be a little warm. This order was far from that level of freshness as typified by eating at a McDonald's. I had opened case #: 34395335 regarding this matter.

But damn you people need better workers who actually care for their jobs. This place used to have happy workers and good service but the service and food quality at this location has gone downhill.
