    Looking at all the terrible reviews it makes sense why my order took over 15 minutes and wrong food staff had terrible attitude and manager said I can go somewhere else terrible establishment

    This is the worst mcdonalds in a 40 mile radius customer service is horrendous worst staff. The food time and time again is old and cold. My final straw was I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and the egg was green in the middle. So honestly don’t go here slow bad service bad food and overall terrible

    This McDonald’s is the definition of “couldn’t care less.” I stopped by to redeem a free Happy Meal reward for my child through the app. I gave the drive-thru worker the code, and she said it wasn’t working, then told me to pull up so she could try it at the register. I waited while she stood with her back to the window, laughing and chatting with coworkers as if helping customers was optional. When she finally turned around, the code still wouldn’t work. I asked if she could scan the barcode, and she said she didn’t have anything to do that with. Her response was simply, “I don’t know what to tell you.” No effort to get a manager, no problem-solving, just apathy. I ended up paying full price for what should have been a free Happy Meal, and she went right back to her conversation without even handing me a receipt. I had to ask for it myself, because apparently that was too much effort. Then when we got home, the apple juice for my son’s Happy Meal was missing too.
