  Ordered my food on the app manager bagged the food and never brought it out to curbside I went in after 20 mins waiting and he told me it was a pickup inside order by now ice cold asked for a refund he continued to tell me no I left as I'm working and ran out of time still no refund

  I just got my food,They didn’t give me a ranch, all my food are not warm esp my fries is old and not full, The girl makes my food she’s a black, and also she put a spoil tomato on my bacon bufalloranch chicken sandwich ,

  Here at this McDonald's, there's a dark-haired woman, a manager or assistant, whose attitude towards my young daughter speaks volumes. She slammed the window so hard that my daughter was so frightened I had to leave. I understand that we're going through difficult times, but that doesn't give anyone the right to ruin yours. McDonald's needs to provide proper training for all its staff, especially managers, since they are role models for the team. If you're not ready for this kind of work or you don't like it, don't do it. Find something you enjoy, and that's it. But don't ruin the day for those who are innocent of your problems. This happened on Sunday, November 9th, at approximately 5:00 pm. Then, if someone more attractive than her does something to her, they complain. People, please be more empathetic when serving others.

  Worst McDonalds and staff in the area, I went through the drive through and got parked right away. Didn’t even get my drinks. When the girl came to our window not only did she hand us the wrong order but after we handed it back and let her know that wasn’t ours we watched her walk up to 3 different cars and do the same. That food once handed to us should not have been handed to other customers. Anyone working food should know that. When she came back half our Order was wrong and no drinks. We let her know and she proceeded to ask multiple times what we were missing. We finally said we would just go in because she obviously couldn’t remember 2 items. When we did we watched as they were in the back talking about it. She then proceeded to make the drinks and sat them down back there instead of handing it to us. She saw we were waiting. We walked out after that. At that point we had been waiting for 2 meals for almost half an hour. The whole experience was Ridiculous. None of the 8 people working back there seemed to be properly trained or they just simply didn’t care. Do better

  I love McDonald's but can't eat there anymore decide to get some for the first time in a year,I was extremely disappointed, burgers just tasted like straight seasoning salt and cheese couldnt choke down half of it I was gagging over salt, fries were all hard as rocks by the time I got .8 miles home also my Carmel frappe tasted like a wateres down milk shake with barely any flavor not even close to what it usually tastes like. Terrible food, what happened to this place ....? I'll never eat here again
