    Ive waited for 20 minutes to recieve my food. Never coming back here again! the speed & good quality was ridiculous. I am a fast food worker myself & I understand how hard it is to deal with people.. BUT when I see them grown adults just standing there & basically doing absolutely nothing. it gets to a point.. you chose that job. Y’all need to do better!

    I ordered on the app. Got a code. Got in the drive thru line it switched my code to counter pickup. Instead of graciously handing me my food at the window , she fully made me park my car and come inside. Then when I got out and open my bag , this is what I see half full french fries for the twenty dollars , I spent. Will be reporting the manager. This is ridiculous and also why I normally frequent the 66th st location.

    The order machine doesn't work and no body helps you even when you push the assistance button. It took me over 20 minutes just to order. Worst service ever.

    Waited in the second line for ages while they kept taking orders from cars in the first line. After waiting for them to take 3 orders in 10 minutes we ended up just leaving. There was a full line of cars in both lanes as well.

    McDonalds on Park Blvd absolutely Horrible Customer Service! The young girl that was doing the drive through at that time was rude & disrespectful. Yelling at customers, I was completely mortified to say the least. When it was my turn to order, I simply drove off & didn't order anything b/c I couldn't believe what i heard! I went down to the mcdonald's on 66th St N street near cvs and walgreens on 66th. Now that McDonald's is amazing!!
