  Went in the other day and ordered a fire egg wrap. The young lady that helped me out was Magdalena. Great suggestion the food came out pretty quick and the fire egg wrap came out pretty quick. The ingredients felt fresh and delicious. Quite filling too. Did not feel pressured and the ambiance was laid back and chill. Definitely coming back and recommending the location to friends.

  Absolutely incredible experience at Pura Vida Miami – Pembroke Pines! 🌿✨ I want to highlight the excellent service I received, especially from Magda, who truly made my visit special. Her warmth, attention to detail, and positive attitude made all the difference. The food was simply outstanding — delicious, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared and reflects the quality that sets Pura Vida apart. You can really feel the passion and care from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. Thank you for such a memorable experience. I will definitely be coming back! 🙌💙🥗

  Pura Vida is in Pines! Finally one close to me. This location is on par with its other locations: fresh food, clean and aesthetic atmosphere however why does the ac have to be freezing cold? Ruins the experience. Can’t even enjoy the food because you’re shivering, this is Miami and it is hot outside however this is overkill. Also the music is so loud you can’t even have a phone call and have to try to talk over the music.

  I ordered a matcha for $7.80, and to my surprise, they added a 5% tip without asking. I understand this happening in Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell, or Wynwood, but in Pembroke Pines it’s not common for places to add a tip automatically without notifying you. On top of that, the cup wasn’t even filled properly—it was noticeably below the line where a full drink should be. The matcha itself didn’t taste good at all. It was honestly pretty bad. A matcha from Starbucks—or practically anywhere else—tastes way better than this one. They also don’t have basic options like skim milk or light milk, but they do offer every “exotic” milk possible: almond, pistachio, and oat. It’s almost funny how they have all kinds of specialty milks but not a simple light milk. For the high prices they charge, they should offer better quality, more variety, and definitely shouldn’t add a tip without the customer’s consent. Overall, the experience wasn’t worth it and I left disappointed.

  It was me and my sister’s first time coming here. Finding a table is such a turnoff, there’s not enough seating for the amount of customers and makes you want to go elsewhere. After hunting one down, we went to order our food as DINE IN. Mistakenly, the person who took our order accidentally wrote it up as takeout. Which is fine, it happens. We were simply disappointed at how the situation was then handled. I guess I expected a different level of service from an establishment with such a good reputation, even for the most minute of experiences. We kindly asked to return it to the kitchen to properly plate the food given the intent of our experience, a reasonable ask i presume. Well, they return once again saying this isn’t possible. While I understand they may have policies in place, the correct thing would have been to remake the food and properly serve it. Resulting in having to transfer over the food from the takeout containers to actual plates ourselves. Murphy’s law? I do feel this is a very “boujee” and unique situation, but it does display their level of service. The manager did come around as part of their routine and offered us a beverage of choice for this inconvenience but we politely declined as we did not feel the need to take advantage. But we left feeling a bit dissatisfied and theres always room for improvement. I will return to continue trying other items on the menu as the avocado toast was delicious. The atmosphere/environment I found to be a bit noisy due to the location but the staff and vibe did a good job at making you feel comfortable and relaxed.
