- MMMorgan M5 days ago5.0My daughter (little red head in case Gregory sees this) and I had the best service here! Gregory is an outstanding server! Everyone should take notes from him on how to give phenomenal service. The view was beautiful as well. The food was just average, but Gregory was so attentive it made up for that. He even found us in the gift shop an hour after we had finished eating and offered to refresh our togo drinks. He is an absolute gem. I’m not sure where he was trained in customer service, but the service industry would be a much better place with more people like Gregory. We will definitely be back.

Also I ordered grouper and they switched it for swordfish without telling us until it was at the table. The atmosphere was fun and being on the beach was cool but the food was not good especially for what we paid.

The seafood was good and service was wonderful, the giftshop was cute and the huge shark outside is fun for photos! The atmosphere was great. If you order a cocktail/speciality drink it comes in a fun collectable cup.

We ask to sit with a view of the marina and was denied because they said we couldn’t with a service dog, which is against Federal Law to discriminate against us . We went to Sharky’s on Panama City Beach and was treated with the utmost respect, best food and service. The manager came by and said she appreciated our business. We will definitely be back

I would recommend for cocktails and a view (however drinks are priced accordingly to market tourists). Overall the beach and staff are the only thing worth praising. I would not recommend this for dining.
