  We arrived at 2:45pm. The lunch special went until 3pm. When we asked if we were in time for it, our server was not encouraging. "You have 7 minutes." Then he disappeared. We decided promptly to order four different items. Then we were told they were out of one of if the items. This item was all over the menu but unavailable to us. The soup was cold. Then I found something in my tacos. It felt like a hair in my mouth but looked like polyester. I almost threw up my food at the sensation. When I pointed it out, the server said he'd check with the kitchen. Check on what???? I wasn't offered a replacement. No explanation. We asked for our check and when he came with it, he said I gave you 20 percent. We looked and saw a 20 percent discount on the check. I could afford my meal. I just didn't want HAIR in it. Server was rude, soup was cold. Disappointing. Won't return. New management clearly needed. Wish I'd read reviews first.

  I was not going to post a review about this restaurant because the experience itself was not that great. The first time we came here during the holidays, it was crowded, busy, and frankly, we almost walked out. The key reason we stayed was because we got the most awesome server, Gabby!! Gabby provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE in spite of the chaos!!! The place was so busy it took almost 40 minutes to get our food. While we waited our server made sure our drinks were refreshed and she kept checking on us to distract us from the wait. Truthfully by the time the food came I was so hungry it could have been grilled monkey toes and elephant snout. I just remembered it filled the hole in my tummy. Gabrielle thank you for the funny stories and great customer service! You are 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

  I was not impressed at all. The food was mediocre. I will say the stir fry chicken was good but the seafood combo was overcooked and the sausage taste just like they came out of a bottle. Our service was next to none. I had to get up and go and find a waitress to get silverware so that we could eat the food that came. Then I had to go to another table to get some condiments. Only time she came back was to bring the check and then they had the nerve to put a 17% gratuity automatically on there which was not deserved. I understand it was New Year's Eve and it was very busy but we could have got a little better service than that. The only atmosphere there were was some people walking around making balloons and a man asking. Did you want to take pictures? I definitely would not go back there again. I've been to some margaritavils and enjoyed myself, but this was not enjoyable. The food was not enjoyable unfortunately. I was the one that got the seafood combo so I ate half of my fiance's food cuz his was better than mine. Luckily we made a reservation so we didn't have to wait.

  Idk where to start. Christmas day Panama City Beach. I get it. No one wants to work. But damn. Hostess was super short stuck up. Our server Keith who also had some bar duties im assuming cause he came by like twice, other than that I can see him tell others to take his tables. The one lady in the light pink sweater who seem to be a manager or someone in trying for, was awful came by took an order and disappeared! When she did walk by would just look straight not trying to see us waiving you down. So we get our appetizer (cold) and then food same time. Also cold. There were plenty of empty tables obviously christmas day but not slammed. They had employees all over. But yet 15 mins to order drinks. We asked for drinks and came out wrong. Silverware was dirty. Fish tacos and shrimp were so over cooked. Kids and adults had no desire to eat it. I let him know almost everything was over cooked and dry except the fries the only old cold thing that came out. Minus the simple coronas we asked for with a salted rim and lime. Came out warm and bottle sweating. I got up fornthe first time, said coronas were supposed to be salted and lime. He just handed me a salt shaker. No one ate hardly anything. He came over with no cares seems like after I told him and said manager did their best. 10% off. 150+ tab for which no one ate. And it was 10% off. And seemed unfazed. Second time this "chain" restaurant has been trash. First time was Gatlinburg tn. Table dirty. Condiments on table had green spots. Like the A1 sauce. Mind you A1 is pretty much black. This is PCB location btw. This establishment and is trash. Jimmy Buffet should be ashamed that John Cohlan has let the restaurants get so sloppy. Yall hire people with no motivation, the restaurants are worn out, and the service is garbage. I remember when it used to be fun exciting and clean. Seems like if it wasn't for some tourist you'd be like the McDonald's on the otherside of the tracks. We will never eat again.

  I will never go here again for one HeatherJordan the manager was rude they only had 3 things on the menu this was Christmas day wings cold and slimy nachos were just chips a spoon full of toppings my server was sweet but the experience was horrific I'll wil never ever go here aga and I warn others to never come here atleast this location it was the worst didn't enjoy at a all bathrooms super filthy I almost slipped on poop on the floor a pure nightmare and hope they shut this place x down and to others stay clear of this place I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy god please DO NOT EAT HERE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM OF THE HORRIFIC ESTABLISHMENT 1000 THUMBS DOWN DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU
