This stuff is very unprofessional. The soda machine was not working. I understand that and then when I ask for any alternatives, they up charge me. The child at the speaker could barely communicate with me. It’s not worth going to just go to the McDonald’s on Bayside Lakes or the one in Palm Bay Road because this one is horrible. There’s always an issue every time I come here

We did the drive thru, ordered 2 cheese burgers, 1 hamburger, and a small French frie.
Got home no French fries.
Disappointed and frustrated.

Four employers talking while the fries are just there waiting to be transferred to the serving station. My food has been prepared and waiting for someone to place it on a tray. Only one employer was working non stop, taking orders at the register, serving, and delivering to their respective tables. This employer, Ms. Grace, deserves recognition while the other four should be retrained or sent home!

I ordered from this store through door dash and upon getting my food I seen that I only got parts of my order got my fries for my order and my 2 happy meals I didn’t receive my nuggets and the McRib so I called the store and the person I talked to was fine just kinda disappointed me that they didn’t even apologize or say sorry that it happened so I had to go to the physical store and go pickup my missing items and again I appreciate that I got my stuff and still got no I’m sorry for the inconvenience or anything but at the end of the day I just hope they can do better and just make sure they get the order right.

I've been coming here for years and now I was told after waiting 15 minutes that I can only place orders on the kiosk and she refused to take my order for a 10 piece nugget. I will never be back and im appalled and the absolute disrespect I recieved from the employee.
