  No acknowledgement of the long line inside ...everything piled up..the lady in front of me in the dine in...has been waiting for 15m. The service here is very subpar

  Me and my wife went into this McDonald's while waiting for a replacement tire from discount tire. Possibly the best customer service experience I've ever had. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and warm atmosphere by a lovely worker by the name of Patty. Less than a minute from sitting down Miss Patty brought us our food, noticing we didn't grab straws she offered to grab them for us. The kitchen had forgotten my ice cream order but Patty was happy to go back and fix that. I was able to get my small cone but before we were able to our mcflurty the ice cream machine broke but she was prompt to offer a replacement item(we ended up getting a pie) Honestly the food was pretty standard, the thing that make the dining special was Miss Patty's kind heart and vibrant smile.   I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. You guys suck. The WORST customer experience I have ever had in my life. I pulled up to the drive thru line at 745 pm. There was a total of 3 cars ahead of me. It was taking forever for people to order and I figured maybe they're short staff and really busy inside, I don't know, but I will just be patient and wait my turn. I didn't get to the ordering speaker until 815pm and as I was trying to order I couldnt hear what they were saying or asking. I let them know I could not hear them so I going to pull up to the window to finish ordering. The volume was so low on the speaker it was barely audible that anyone was saying anything. I pull up to the window and sat there for a few minutes. No one in sight and no one came to the window. I finally just pulled forward into a curbside spot and ordered on the app. I looked inside and saw no one so I went in to see what's going on and I wasn't going to have my order sit there before it was brought out. I saw a total of 3 workers. I asked if anyone was working the drive thru and the guy said there's just one person taking orders. I told him their speaker box is inaudible so I said I was pulling up to order at the window, sat there and no one came to help. I said I had been out there in line since 745 and it is now 830 and that is ridiculous. No one apologized for anything at all. No customer service skills whatsoever and no sense of urgency from anyone. You could tell those workers were just dead inside from working at a shitty place with no help. Hire a better manager and have more people working. Whatever the manager of this place is doing, IT IS NOT WORKING. I will never be back at this location. Ever.

  By far the worst experience I have EVER encountered with a restaurant, no less a customer service establishment. Ordered breakfast inside and watched the world burn. Three workers moving at the tremendous pace of a South American Banana Slug as they pieced together about three attempts of getting my order right before finally mailing it. All I wanted was a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin with a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit combo for my sick wife. About thirty minutes waiting for cold food with not even a modicum of a smile or remorse, and they still messed up the meal. Who the hell asks for onions on a breakfast sandwich?!

  This Mcdonalds is horrible. Service is terrible, you can tell that the employees hate their job, food is never right and they advertise monopoly pieces yet when u order from the menu the items that are supposed to have them don’t. I hate going here but it so close to home. They need new managers and new crew bc the current ones are dragging this place into the ground.
