  I really don’t understand all the negative reviews. I’ve been ordering from here pretty consistently the past 3 years and they never disappoint. Food always arrives cooked and piping hot. I’ve also done many pick up orders that went without issue.

  I used the app to place an order ahead at 9:14 a.m., before the store opened. The only option was to schedule ahead, which is what I wanted. I scheduled it for 12:00. I got an email confirmation confirming the 12:00 schedule. I received a text that the delivery was on its way at 9:42, I immediately sent a text to the driver saying it wasn’t supposed to be delivered until noon, but it was delivered anyway at 9:56, two hours ahead of schedule. I told the delivery driver it was early and he said he’s just DoorDash and it’s Pizza Hut’s problem and left. I tried calling the store, but it gave an automated message that the store doesn’t open until 10:30. I called again at 10:30 and was put on hold before they hung up after 15 mins. I called back and the person who answered the phone refused to refund or remake the order for the correct time. Said it was my fault for not calling immediately or sending it back with the driver. I explained that I tried both sending it back and calling, and was unable to do either. I told him I would bring him the pizza myself and pick up fresh if returning it was the problem. He said I could place the order again, but I would have to pay again. Absolutely unacceptable service experience. I would encourage the owners of this location to pull up my call from 10:44 am on Oct 11, to see how your employee “helped” me. Not a good look. I understand it was likely a technology issue, but that’s not my bad, I have confirmation that the order was placed correctly on my end. Now I’m out $70 for nothing because I had a load of people coming and expecting lunch, so I had to order from Papa John’s last minute. I wasn’t about to feed people 2+ hour old pizza for food safety concerns.

  Not only do they serve raw food then they don't even like to admit that they've served raw food and they like to call you a liar. This is the worst Pizza Hut location I have ever been to do. Not go to Pizza Hut in Oviedo. Choose any other Pizza location. Stay away from Pizza Hut in Oviedo and if you do, pick up your own pizza and look at it before you accept it. Don't get a delivery.
