It then took 20 minutes just to receive menus, and when they finally arrived, the server seemed confused and asked if we had already been helped. During this time, at least five parties who arrived after us were seated and given menus immediately. We ordered drinks and waited… and waited. Every table around us that came in after us ordered, ate, and left while we were still sitting there. A side of hash browns and a side of potatoes were brought out and then sat on the table for over 20 minutes with no food following. Eventually, two of our kids received the single pancake they ordered, and the rest of us were still waiting. After over an hour, before any real rush even started, we still did not have our food. At that point, I had to get up and ask to cancel our order because literally everyone around us had already been served and left. I offered to pay for what had come out, which cost us $27, and there was no manager available to void the order. Very poor service, lack of communication, and no management support. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Food was cold, biscuits were hard as a rock and nobody came to ask us how the food was. Not good. Won't be back. Sad.

They cook real jomefired potatoes with options like grits, hashbrowns and the eggs are cooked perfect to order, the wait staff is soooo friendly. Anyone from NYC this is the place to eat. The lunch menu and soup option will blow your mind. This place has real food with real chefs and cooks that know food.
