I also asked for carrots, but only received celery. What made it worse was that I stood in front of the takeout counter for over five minutes several times while waiting with no acknowledgment or assistance while several staff members looked at me but didn’t say a word. Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. With how tough things already are in this economy, it’s frustrating to spend my hard-earned money on what was supposed to be a small treat, only for it to be ruined by poor service and cold food. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.
