  La comida se me hizo un tanto sin chiste muy al estilo americano nada de sabor a comida italiana pedimos lasaña, boloñesa, pasta arrabiata , nada espectacular… el lugar es bonito pero muy ruidoso. La atención de hostess buena, el servicio un tanto desatento.

  I had the worst experience at Brio. I made a reservation through OpenTable, and they did not honor it. When I arrived, the restaurant was extremely crowded outside, yet there were several empty tables inside. I asked the host (or the person managing the entrance) if those tables were available, and she said no. At that moment, I made a reservation through OpenTable because the app clearly showed availability. She became visibly upset that I made the reservation right then and told me I still had to wait in the line outside. Her attitude was completely unacceptable—very rude, confrontational, and unprofessional, with absolutely zero customer service skills. I am a frequent guest at this restaurant and have never experienced such poor treatment before. I asked to speak with a manager, and she responded by saying that she was the manager. This experience was extremely disappointing and far from the level of service I’ve come to expect from this restaurant.

  We booked our Christmas dinner well in advance for two groups of 20 and 13 people, for 8:30 PM. Beforehand, we tried to make a single reservation for the entire group via email, but our request was ignored. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were seated at separate tables, despite there being empty tables nearby that could have accommodated the entire group. We explained that it was a Christmas dinner, that we were a family, and that we wanted to celebrate together, but the receptionists' unwillingness to help was evident. We received only frowns and indifference. As soon as we sat down, we were informed that the kitchen would close in 20 minutes. 20 minutes to finish our Christmas dinner! Incredulous and with no other option, we rushed to place our orders. We barely finished eating before they brought the bill to our table. They didn't even offer dessert. In short, a tragedy. Questions remain: why schedule a dinner for 8:30 PM if the kitchen closes at 9 PM? Why employ such unsympathetic and rude people at the reception? Anyway... I won't be going back. Agendamos com muita antecedência o jantar de Natal para 2 grupos de 20 e 13 pessoas. 20:30 da noite. Antes, tentamos por e-mail, fazer 1 reserva que contemplasse todo o grupo e fomos ignorados. Chegando ao restaurante, fomos colocados em mesas distantes, apesar de haver mesas vazias próximas que poderiam ter acolhido todo o grupo. Explicamos que era um jantar de Natal, que estávamos em família, que gostaríamos de confraternizar, mas a má vontade das recepcionistas era evidente. Cara feia e pouco caso foi o que recebemos. Mal sentamos e fomos avisados que a cozinha fecharia em 20 minutos. 20 minutos para acabar a noite de Natal. Incrédulos e sem opção, corremos para fazer os pedidos. Mal jantamos e deixaram a conta em nossa mesa. Nem sobremesa ofereceram. Enfim, uma tragedia. Ficam perguntas: por que agendar um jantar às 20:30 se a cozinha fecha às 21? Por que colocar na recepção pessoas nada empáticas e grosseiras? Enfim… não volto mais.

  Ambiente sofisticado e bem frequentado no Mall at Milennia. Funcionários atenciosos e compreensivos. Comida extremamente saborosa, com ingredientes de qualidade e ótima quantidade. Considerando o dólar, o valor é um pouco salgado, mas compensa devido a ótima experiência. Perfeito para comer algo diferente. Recomendo a visita!

  Horrible horrible service! We placed our order and it took 40 minutes for them to prepare it when we got there we were told that the kitchen had misplaced the order so we waited patiently but they said 15 minutes max and we ended up getting it 40 minutes later we got no manager or apology from it and we're treated very rudely when they gave us our food after the 40 minutes. Dont go here if u want a good customer service. I am putting a picture of the time we got our order for proof. No reward discount or gift card so we expectdd at least an apology! Nothing, dont come here for a good professional service. We wouldve talked to a mamager but we couldnt even reach a host without it being a complete mess and horrible chaos.
