As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I went out of my way to the restaurant to get this deal & it would not apply coupon (available) upon check out. I tried this 3 times on my app with no success. There is no time of day to when this deal expires, It just states 11/11. I went to the window at Checkers to see if they could help but I was told the coupon must be expired & they have no control. I asked to speak to a manager to see if that person knew anything. The woman just stared at me, so I asked IF she was the manager. She said yes. Why when I asked for a mgr, you wouldn't say that you are. Really annoyed by whole situation & ready to stop going here if they cannot honor coupons. And WHY if a could expires at 12am on 11/11 that if would still be showing on my app at 12:30pm on 11/11. Expired on that day to me means the WHOLE day of 11/11 not at 12 am. My friend had same PROBLEM! He called customer service & she was going to replace the coupon but had not yet, so he called back to see how long it would take to register in his app. He talked to a different person, a male & he only offered half a coupon. If there is a glitch with your system please fix it or state specifics on coupon.
