  I don’t want to damage this McDonald’s reputation or the hard work of the team here, but I do want to share how I felt during my last visit. The staff who helped me were noticeably unfriendly. My order was handed to me without any warmth or courtesy, and when I said “Have a good day” as I was leaving, I didn’t even receive a response. I completely understand that employees can be busy and under a lot of pressure, but a simple “thank you” or “have a good day” takes only a second and makes a huge difference in the customer’s experience. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive criticism so that, in the future, the service can match the quality of the food.

  ...messed up the order, two times in a row. The coffee always seems a day old and burnt. It's a toss of the dice if you get everything in the drive thru. "They" whoever they are, really need to put a Burger King in.

  Es la quinta vez que me ponen mi orden mal, pedí un staek egg chess bagel medium y eran tres y ni siquiera nos dieron la orden que era, en ninguna de las tres, las amburguesas venían solo con huevo y no eran las reales que pedimos, eran de otra orden a la nuestra, pero ya pasa muy a menudo que si no me la dan con algo faltante me la dan mal. Esta vez fue así y como iba apurada a llevar a los niños a la escuela pues no me dio tiempo rectificar mi orden a penas la tuve, por lo que me di cuenta muy tarde y ya no podía regresar. Por favor sé que todos cometemos errores y tal pero tengan en cuenta los pedidos porque ya es la quinta vez que me dan lo que no pido o me lo ponen mal y por el apuro me entero algo tarde. Eso si para cobrarme la cantidad real y darme cosas que no pedí tienen el uno, muy mal la verdad y eso que es uno de mis negocios favoritos.
