- RRRyanOct 31, 20251.032 minutes in a drive-through. For two burgers and fries. And by the time I got my food, it was ice cold. It was just sitting on the counter the whole time. Why did it take so long to run through all these cars when the food was ready. At the very least, you should’ve left it under some sort of heat lamp instead of out on the counter to get cold. This place either needs to hire more people or hire competent people. Because this is ridiculous and it’s not the first time I’ve had a similar issue. But it will be the last.
