My order was placed with a very mannered human being, not a kiosk and my food was delivered to my table. While i was eating my meal another very polite staff member came over and checked to make sure everything was as expected. It was a very impersonal and uninviting. There were also no napkins or drink bar available. It was a very strange experience that I wouldn't recommend.
