I was handed the wrong order twice at the drive through, in the same interaction. And even after being handed the right order (third time’s the charm, I guess) the bag didn’t include the sauces, and I ordered the spicy snack wraps but was given the regular ones.

The toilets don't work, there's no way to wash your hands. I don't recommend it.

Last night, at around 11 pm I went through the drive thru, usually I pay with my phone and there's never a problem. Last night though drive thru girl took my phone, gave me a total, changed the total and then asked me 3 times how much money I had in my card, I kept telling her it doesn't matter I have more than the total your telling me, then I see her exit my wallet screen, (my bank app is open) swipe, click, swipe. I kept on telling her to just charge me and she's literally all over my phone. Weirdest encounter, didn't even eat, just asked for my phone and left.

Both bathrooms were “broken”. Which is highly unlikely. They probably just don’t want to clean them. Should at least place a sign at the main door so you don’t waste your time sitting to eat your food and then find out you can’t wash or use the bathroom.
