11.00 dollars for 2 mc doubles and medium fries had to wait for 30 mins almost to get my food what’s wrong with this place it’s best you just go ahead and close it down cause this is wild service sucks everything about this place sucks

This location has missed items from my mobile orders numerous times on separate occasions. Before you leave the drive-thru, look in the bag and make sure you received EVERYTHING

The New York hat nasty beard wearing manager that don't know how to manage his own facial hair shouldn't be nowhere near a register or customers. How he got that purple shirt to match his purple New York hat is beyond me but this is the worst McDonald's location I've been to. I've been to bad ones but this is by far the worst one. Wouldn't give me my order while standing at the register after already paid? Was told me to get back in the drive-thru line for 1 cheeseburger 1 large Coke because he did not know how to change a code on an app from drive thru to indoor? If you can't manage a code on an app or just simply hand me a paid customer one cheeseburger and one large Coke that's the only one standing in line I don't think you should be managing a whole location of anything. He can't manage his hygiene or simple logic. I won't be back to McDonald's
