service was horrible. it wasn't busy. there was almost no one in the store or the drive thru. staff apparently was just having a bad day. we could all see her staring down customers & dragging her feet. my food was wrong, late & made like someone's eyes were closed. plz handle that.

This is your typical McDonald’s in regards to food and service, but it’s way cooler. The decor is awesome — ocean-themed with bright colors, light-up tables, and electronic tablets with multiple games. There’s also a neat play place that really stands out. The restaurant was fairly clean overall, though the drink station was a bit of a mess. The decor and play area made the experience so fun, especially for families.

Unsanitary Experience
I stopped by this McDonald’s drive-through on 10.25.25 at 9:12 p.m. to order a small coffee with five Splendas and five creams. When I got to the window, the employee told me it would be a few minutes because they had to make a fresh pot. While waiting, I looked up and saw him biting his nails send putting fingers in his mouth then touching items and putting his fingers back in his mouth again. That was completely disgusting. I immediately lost my appetite and drove off without even taking my coffee.
Unfortunately, this isn’t my first bad experience at this location. On a previous visit, the person handing me my ice cream cone had their bare fingers all over it instead of using a napkin or gloves. I left that time too. I’ve also noticed employees scratching their arms, digging in their ears, and not wearing hairnets. It’s just nasty and completely unacceptable for a food establishment. Management really needs to retrain their staff on basic hygiene and food safety.
I won't be back.
