    2 Jan 2025. The chicken sandwiches declined in quality. Used to be a nicely breaded chicken piece that hung over the side of the bun. Yesterday it may as well have been a McChicken. My wife and I both looked at each other when it got to the table and said something to the extent of, "this isn't right is it?" Service was pleasant but quite slow as well, waited about 15 mins to get thru the bill arriving and paying it. We are inpatient though...

    Madi was our server (if you can call it that) today 12/8/25 at around noon. There were more employees than customers, and yet still as soon as we got our food we were promptly ignored. I asked for a side of ranch several times, never got it. Never got any refills and made eye contact while sucking air and ice through the straw, and Madi, along with every other employee, continued to walk inches from us without acknowledging us. WORST EXPERIENCE IN THIS RESTAURANT EVER!!!

    Ordered online for a takeout order pick up at 5:30pm. Pulled up and the guy at the takeout counter walked away. Patiently waited and received my food. Got out to the car and realized they for got my fries that go with the 20 wing and fries bundle. I run back in and the girl at the counter had a bad attitude and looks at the ticket on the bag and says it doesnt say fries. I show that is that I ordered 2 bundles and show her the order on my phone that its traditional wings and fries bundle. She goes in the back and gets me one large order of fries and is like here. So still short an order of fries but not worth the bad attitude of the employees. Definetly wish I didn't do a tip online. Will not order from them again. Don't recommend.
