He thoughtfully prioritized our child’s meal, which we truly appreciated. The French fries were served warm—perfectly done and not overly hot, which made a big difference for us. Evan was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and informative throughout our visit. Every staff member who passed by our table greeted us and checked in to make sure everything was going well, which created a very welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend this restaurant and especially Evan for outstanding service.

I should have paid more attention to the bill or the tiny print on the bottom of the drink menu which indicated a 3% service charge. It’s not a lot of money but I feel like I’ve been duped. Increase your prices if you must but don’t tack on a charge that most people won’t notice.

Our server never introduced himself, gave an incomplete greeting, and clearly lacked basic menu knowledge. When I asked reasonable questions, he became noticeably curt and unhelpful. What stood out even more was his attitude: He showed little to no concern for his tables. He walked past us multiple times without checking in, and it took way too long to bring a simple sauce I requested. This server absolutely needs coaching on professionalism and customer care. The experience suffered because of his behavior.

It wasn’t. Atmosphere outside just ok. Food just ok and that’s not what it should be. Manager Julio acted puzzled with no words when he asked how our meal was and we responded just ok. Skip it.

Two of my party had the Rigatoni dishes and two had burgers/sandwiches. Food was great all around. The restaurant's redesign is very well done--it still has a bit of the tavern vibe, but very modern and updated. It's a really good choice for dinner in North Naples, especially for outdoor dining.
