  First time here. Food and drinks were amazing. I had the Wet burrito which was full of different flavors and was wonderful. My husband had shrimp tacos and said they were delicious. My server Nicole was very friendly and welcoming. Nicole went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of. When we come back to this area, we will definitely come again

  I’ve always wanted to try Rocco’s. Tonight we put our name in for 2 guests (fine with whatever was first available) and were quoted 35 minutes. We came back 35 mins later and the hostess kept telling us we were next. After an hour went by, and there were plenty of empty two top tables, we decided just to sit at the bar as the hostess told us they would be faster. We ordered drinks and queso right away. The queso was good and the drinks were fine. Shortly after we ordered 4 tacos and one quesadilla. 30 minutes pass and still no food. Then an hour passes and still nothing. People next to us that sat down after us received their food. At the hour mark we checked in with our bartender / waiter and he said he was checking with the kitchen. 90 minutes after ordering the 4 tacos came out but were incredibly cold. I’m sure they had been sitting there waiting for over an hour. I let the bartender know and I received 4 new tacos in less than 5 minutes (strange that they took 90 minutes before and could take 5 minutes to remake?) still though, there was no quesadilla. another 20 minutes pass and the bartender assures us the quesadilla will be out soon. Finally we just ask for the check and tell them to cancel the quesadilla. When the check comes, the quesadilla comes out so we just asked for boxes. I’m so disappointed because the food an atmosphere has so much potential, but this kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. Nearly 3 hours for 4 tacos and a quesadilla? The bartenders were apologetic. Clearly there must be a bigger management issue going on.

  This is the worst run restaurant that I have ever been to anywhere. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to be deleted from the waitlist. The poor hostess then scrambled to get us a table. The food order was incomplete as they were behind on specific items and I finally just said cancel it. Everyone in our party of 8 was unhappy. We had been there multiple times before and it continues to get worse each time. The entire experience was extremely disappointing. The management should be ashamed to put the hostess and waitstaff out front to deal with upset customers and continually make up lack of process and management. UPDATE: Immediately following my post, the owner reached out and apologized for the experience. I sincerely appreciate the response and approach to address the concerns. I plan on visiting again during our next trip to Naples.

  My husband and I went to Rocco’s tacos for dinner. It was a week night and the restaurant was basically empty so we had our choice of tables. We chose to sat inside and we were greeted by a really nice waiter named Victor or Vincent, ( I can’t remember.) My Husband ordered something off the menu. I wanted the vegetarian burrito, but I wanted refried beans instead of black beans and I asked for the rice on the side. After waiting for what was really too long since the restaurant was empty, I was delivered my meal, A black bean burrito with rice inside. I spoke to the waiter Who assured me that he wrote it up correctly that it was the kitchen’s mistake and that he would make certain they got it right. He takes my plate and in less than 10 minutes, returns with the exact same order of the black bean burrito with the rice inside of it. I mean, it was the exact same dish I had just returned. I told him to forget it and he removed the charge from our bill. He was very sweet and even brought my husband a free margarita of his choice The only reason I gave the Food three stars is that the Austin queso is excellent. I was born and raised in Austin, Texas and they got that 100% correct Everything else needs work. I don’t know if it was the waiters fault or the kitchen‘s fault but either way the manager should’ve come out and spoke to us and made it right instead. We just paid the bill and left. There are enough Choices in this town, we will not be back.

  Had dinner at Rocco’s last night. Our server was very friendly, but not a well trained server at all. I noticed she wasn’t writing anything down when we ordered. Which turned out to be a big problem! I ordered a Chicken cheese and mushroom quesadilla with no onions. My wife and son ordered meals as well. It wasn’t super busy. However everything took an extreme amount of time to get. When our food arrived, my food was all wrong. But the wait continued! After waiting several minutes I got up and went and found a manager, Who came back to the table, and reordered my food. The waiter came over and apologized for the mistake, and blamed it for her having to many tables. That’s not a good excuse! We had been sitting at the table for approximately 45 minutes, and the only time we seen our waitress was when she took our order. Apparently she was new, because the manager stated “she doesn’t know the menu well enough yet”. The manager did comp my dinner. But at that point the damage was done. Debatable if we would choose to eat here again.
