After about 20 minutes, I had to ask for the drinks because my daughter was getting thirsty. We waited another 15 minutes, and still no food. I finally went up to the register and showed them our table number. That’s when the employee told me our order had been sitting at the takeout pickup window the entire time. This was a clear communication failure on their end. Very disappointing experience. We had cold food.
