Ordered a frappe on the app. Normally when something isnt available they adjust it so you can't order it on the app. I ordered a frappe with a shot of espresso 3.79 upcharge with my breakfast arrived for my order and was told they dont have it and can't adjust the price and can't give me my money back I have to choose another drink and thats all they can do. Only drink the have worth that is a mcflurry which they also couldn't do or a milkshake, and let's be honest who wants ice cream with breakfast.

26 de agosto 10:45 pm estoy acá parada en el mostrador para pagar mi orden y absolutamente todas las trabajadoras mujeres todas un grupo como de 5 paradas conversando y riéndose en un tono alto y nosotros los clientes en frente ahí mirando y esperando que alguna se dignara a atendernos miraron vieron q ahí estábamos y cuando ellas terminaron su juego y conversación una vino y preguntó yo q queríamos que mal hamburnte de trabajo y sobre todo mala eeducacion 😡la primera mal educada es la supervisora q estaba ahí presente 0 le doy a este citio

I just left Mc Donalds on collier blvd golden gate naples fl at 11:41am walked into the restroom . Where first of all restroom in ladies were disgusting full of fecal everywhere on toilet seats and baby changer . . Ordered my food on the kiosk when i finished number 45 was my order to be precise . I waited kindly for my order . It was ready however the ladies from the kitchen never gave me my cup for my drink . I patiently waited there was no one up front so there were two ladies in the kitchen who i asked about my drink they told me I can take it myself and as I was going to attempt to take it the manager in a nasty attitude unprofessional way yelled at me for doing so in front of the employees and customers. Then she told the employees to stop being nosey in Spanish which i speak fluently as well. I don't recall the managers name but her description is white colored skin hispanic possibly Mexican by her accent freckles on her face piercing on her nose dark black hair. I was barely even able to eat my food I was so upset . My stomach hurts . I cant even digest my food due to how upset I am I will no longer eat in a place like this with poor hygiene , poor customer service where I was humiliated and embarrassed over a drink that I paid for and was not given to me at the time needed. Mc Donalds is supposed to be a happy place to eat . Clearly it was NOT!
