From start to finish, her service was phenomenal… warm, inviting, and attentive. She made thoughtful recommendations and took such excellent care of us that we felt completely looked after throughout our meal. The quality of the food truly impressed us. Every dish, from the appetizers to the entrees, was cooked to perfection. My husband and I were both blown away… we’ve been to other locations before, but we’ve never experienced this level of food quality and service. Sharla made our visit truly memorable. She is an absolute joy to have as a server, and her professionalism and attention to detail set a standard that’s hard to match. We’ll definitely be coming back, but honestly, if she’s not there next time, I hope the team can hold the bar as high as she does. Thank you, Sharla, for making our meal such a wonderful experience… you’re a true gem!

She checked on our table often without being intrusive, made great recommendations, and always had a genuine smile. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. The food was great, but Clara’s service made it even better. I’d definitely come back just to have her as my waitress again thank you, Clara, for being so awesome!

However, the food was a significant disappointment. The portions were small and several dishes were poorly executed. The grilled chicken on my dish was bland and has no taste, the mac and cheese was bitter, and the salad felt like an afterthought with a low-quality chicken like it was from a pre-packaged source topping. For the price, the quality of the food is not comparable to even average Italian restaurants.

Kacey is one of the most attentive, polite, and professional bartenders around. The whole team works hard and it shows — everything runs smoothly and the attention to detail is top-notch. Their happy hour is easily the best in town with great drinks, tasty food, and a fun atmosphere. And you have to try the carpaccio — it’s incredible. Highly recommend Brio at Waterside Shops for great food, great service, and an all-around awesome experience.
