    I keep giving this location additional chances to impress. Unfortunately, I keep leaving disappointed. I only go to this location due to being the most convenient. However, the last several times I've gone, I could've driven to the next nearest McDonald's and back in the time it takes to get my food from here. Anytime I go through the drive through I'm asked to go park in one of the waiting spots, even if the only car in line. So, I started ordering curbside since I'll have to wait anyways, but I'm still left waiting at least 15 minutes for my food. Don't bother doing counter pickup because there is no one manning the counter to help and you're still left waiting. The only saving Grace for this location in my opinion are a handful of the staff. When ordering through the drive thru, they have been friendly. Unfortunately, outside of that, there seems to be a lack of care for the customer and I would not consider this a "fast food" location.

    Only vehicle in line. One single meal ordered. Told to pull into stall one, we’re waiting on fry’s. Receive food 11 min later. Big Mac is ice cold so salty it cannot be eaten. The Cheese is even COLD and completely unmelted! Fries were cooked for what appears to be that 11 minutes and then back in for a few more. . I’m done with this location, they can never seem to get it right.
