- JKJada Knight5 days ago1.0I purchase this food from one McDs and receive it cold and hard (clearly it was burnt), I was rushing to work and had to come and exchange it at a different McDonald's and a girl address me here, but refuses to exchange the product, said she doesnt have to and then I asked for the manager she said she was the manager, not name tag, and refused to give me her name, could have been anyone but it was at 8:11 am Jan 7, 2026, I have the receipt too. I dont understand the disrespect, this is suppose to be a business corporation. Hopefully the next McDonald's can but, its honestly garbage now.
